The following terms and conditions are included in every Paypal invoice. Paying the invoice confirms that you have read and agreed to them. Grunge Bunny only sells to over 18s. It is part of the Paypal ToS that it is only to be used by over 18s. By paying this invoice, you are confirming that you are over 18! Custom orders are eligible for a maximum of two minor design revisions at the designer's discretion before they are sent off for printing. Premade hoods are dispatched within 3 working days from full payment. Custom hoods generally take around 4 months from design to creation. These working times may vary due to circumstances - feel free to get in touch for more information about despatch dates and assembly times. The neoprene that our hoods are made from goes through a type of fabric printing where there is a layer of white fabric which markings are printed onto, and as such there may be small white edges visible on hoods. Colours may vary, and may look different in real life due to differences in screens and monitors and the limitations of the printing process and environmentally friendly inks available. The hoods are cut by hand and as such there is a small margin for error. All hoods adhere to a strict level of quality control - please remember that they are entirely handmade, not machine-made, and as such may have small marks, quirks and individualities. They are unique and have been made with love and care! Copying or replicating our hood designs or design elements is not allowed in any shape or form - imitation is flattering but it can also be really hurtful to small businesses. Please respect this. Whilst all hoods are made with durability and ease of use in mind, they are not indestructible. All hoods come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects but due to the nature of play these are intended for, any damage caused by general wear and tear, poor storage, water, moisture, or inappropriate use is not covered by this warranty. We cannot take returns/refunds on opened or used hoods for hygiene reasons. If you're having a problem with your hood, please don't hesitate to contact us. Whilst hoods are packed carefully for transport, they may arrive with minor creasing which should gradually fade once opened. Grunge Bunny is not responsible for any damage caused to hoods from handling by postal services or customs. Payments put down before printing and assembly are refundable, but please note that once materials have been ordered and any custom markings have been designed, no refunds will be possible. Completed custom orders are not eligible for refunds unless the product has a manufacturing fault, in which case it will be eligible for repair. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping, which should be tracked and insured. If any order has not been fully paid off within 6 months of the intended dispatch date, Grunge Bunny reserves the right to sell the hood as a premade, regardless of custom markings or character design. We don't want this to happen so please contact us if you're struggling to pay - we'll sort something out! Grunge Bunny cannot be held responsible for any injuries that happen whilst wearing our hoods - be careful, pups! All parcels will be shipped tracked and insured, and once dispatched, sole responsibility for the parcel is with the shipping company. Grunge Bunny cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in the post, incorrect addresses provided, failed delivery attempts, or any customs charges, and won't be able to offer any free replacements or reimbursements for orders that are lost or damaged in the post. Please tell us when you place your order if you want us to keep your hood secret and would prefer no photos to be shared online. All of the following information relates to the questions that will be asked when placing a custom order. Please refer to the order information email when putting together your custom order request!  Ear Styles Pointed Ears  (with large gauges) Folded Ears Buddy Ears Bouncy Ears Sphinx Ears Cropped Ears  (with small gauges) Please note that the pointed and folded neoprene ears have colouration on one side only. Bouncy and buddy ears are made from a floppy, flexible rubber material and are coloured on both sides. As the material used for the bouncy and buddy ears is slightly different, there may be slight colour variations between the ears and the face parts. These aren't usually noticeable. Prices when included in a whole hood order (these prices vary if purchasing ears separately due to artworking time) - One pair of pointed ears are usually included as standard on premade hoods.
