Grunge Bunny is based in London, UK and ships almost everywhere!


How old do I have to be to order?
Grunge Bunny only sells to over 18s.


How much do your hoods cost?
Hoods start at £175 for premades, and customs start at £250, price dependent on design and choices of ears. Realistic and particularly complex designs cost a little extra due to the extra hours spent designing them. Send us a message with what you're after for a quote!


How do I order a custom hood from you?
Contact grungebunnygear@gmail.com to get on the mailing list - an alert is sent out when order slots are available. All custom orders are organised over email.


How do you receive payments?
All payments are processed through Paypal's invoice system. This makes things really straightforward - currency exchange, partial payments, and our full terms & conditions are all built into the invoice. We only need the email address associated with your Paypal account to process payments.


Do you sell premade hoods?
Yes, premade hoods are listed on social media or via the mailing list. An email is sent out beforehand with information of when and where premade hoods will be listed for sale.


Which size do I need?
Grunge Bunny hoods come in two sizes. Check the Order Information page for the sizing chart and how to measure.


Do Grunge Bunny Hoods have interchangeable ears?
Yes! The ears, muzzle and lower jaw attach with snaps and can be swapped out with different shapes and designs in seconds.

Do you do fox/cat/bunny/pony/bear/pig hoods?
We have plans to create all of these!


What are your hoods made from?
All our hoods are made custom printed neoprene and assembled with sturdy metal rivets. The head harness is 'Y' shaped with adjustable webbing straps and a plastic buckle. This makes them soft, comfortable, and fast to get on and off, with no velcro to get caught in hair! As of 2022, all hoods also have adjustable straps on the top two sections of the harness under the ears, allowing for a more custom fit for a wider range of head shapes.


How do I care for my hood?
We recommend hand washing your hood in cool, but not cold, water with a gentle laundry detergent, before patting dry with a clean towel and hanging to dry in a well ventilated area. We do not recommend prolonged exposure to water due to the hood's metal components. Avoid exposing your hood to direct sunlight, high temperatures, saltwater, chlorine, or other harsh chemicals. A detailed care sheet will be included with your order!


Do you ship in discreet packaging?
Yes, our packaging is discreet and uses entirely either recycled or compostable materials. All hoods are shipped in a plain box with paper tape, a shipping label, and an 'open me' sticker.


Is Grunge Bunny cruelty-free/vegan?
All Grunge Bunny gear, accessories, and associated items are free of any animal testing or animal products. We are a cruelty-free business!


I have allergies. Should I be concerned?
All Grunge Bunny gear is created in a smoke-free space, and is free of latex, wool and any animal byproducts. We do have a small dog, so although she doesn't come near the hoods themselves, if you have an animal allergy we suggest giving your hood a rinse and thorough towel dry before wearing it for the first time. Whilst we do our best to use stainless steel or brass hardware, some hardware may contain nickel, pewter, or other metals.


I'm in a hurry, can you do rush orders or queue jumps?
The best thing to do is ask! The worst we can say is no - all rush requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.


Does Grunge Bunny support any charities?
Yes! The founder of Grunge Bunny is a volunteer with the Cinnamon Trust, a charity helping vulnerable and elderly people to keep their pets healthy by assisting with dog walks and day-to-day care. We also collaborated with Animagi on a charity auction project to fundraise for the Terrence Higgins Trust, raising awareness surrounding those with HIV and AIDS. We have plenty more charity events planned for the future!
