All of the following information relates to the questions that will be asked when placing a custom order. Please refer to the order information email when putting together your custom order request!

Please note that the pointed and folded neoprene ears have colouration on one side only. Bouncy and buddy ears are made from a floppy, flexible rubber material and are coloured on both sides. As the material used for the bouncy and buddy ears is slightly different, there may be slight colour variations between the ears and the face parts. These aren't usually noticeable.
Prices when included in a whole hood order (these prices vary if purchasing ears separately due to artworking time) -
One pair of pointed ears are usually included as standard on premade hoods.
Additional ears follow this pricing;
Folded, Pointed, Sphinx or Cropped ears: +£30 per pair
Bouncy or Buddy ears: +£35 per pair
Piercings
Piercings are generally £3 each, and can include septum rings, hoops, balls and more. All standard piercings are either rust resistant brass or real piercing jewellery in stainless steel.
A hood with a septum ring, tall brow spikes, 4 tall bridge spikes, 6 short muzzle spikes, 3 ear hoops and a 12mm tunnel, all in shiny silver colour. Hardware availability may be limited - contact us to discuss.

Ventilation freckles are included as standard on most premade hoods and are advised for custom hoods, as they do provide some additional airflow.

Sizing
Small - vertical head size up to 65cm/25.5"
Large - vertical head size 65-72cm/28.3"
Both sizes - hat/horizontal head size 21-26"/ 53-66cm
If you're on the cusp of both sizes, consider how you like it to feel - a snug fit will result in a responsive moving jaw, but if you prefer a looser fit then size up. Hoods are adjustable on the main back strap and also on the two straps under the ears. Custom head harnesses can be made on request.
Pricing
General prices are as follows but do vary between orders depending on design complexity, choices and combinations of ears, piercings and accessories;
Simple and cartoony premades: £175 - £200
Semi-realistic or semi-detailed designs: £200-220
Realistic or heavily detailed designs: £220 - £275
Custom designs: £250 - £350+
Shipping can be arranged to almost all countries. All hoods are shipped fully tracked and insured, with the option for expedited shipping.
